During the summer the most famous TV show released its seventh season ! After several months of waiting HBO the producer of the series made a big launch and broadcast it on TV and on many cinemas across the world . this series cost more or less 14 millions per episode and all the principal characters get paid 900,000 $ for each episode . many new characters appear and many others die .
I have watched this season and to be honest this season was incredible with big dragons , creepy white walkers , and awesome battles, the last episode was a heavy rain of fire and blood.
To conclude I want to say that I am a huge fan of the series and I’m looking forward to season 8.
August 18th, the streaming platform Netflix released the series Marvel’s The Defenders. The series includes 8 episodes of more or less one hour. It is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and it’s a crossover between four Netflix’s series : Marvel’s Daredevil, Marvel’s Jessica Jones, Marvel’s Iron Fist and Marvel’s Luke Cage. The four superheroes from New York City will unite to fight a common enemy : the Hand. Daredevil is a blind lawyer and he fights with his senses which are very developed. Jessica Jones is a private investigator and she has PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) after a car accident when she was younger. Luke Cage owns a superhuman strength and Iron Fist is a martial arts expert.
The series stars Charlie Cox as Daredevil/Matt Murdock, Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones, Mike Colter as Luke Cage and Finn Jones as Danny Rand/Iron Fist. Sigourney Weaver (Alien, Avatar) plays the super-villain.
I am a big fan of all the movies and series from Marvel Cinematic Universe and I expected a lot from that TV show since I really enjoyed Daredevil, one of my favourite series. Finally, it was a good serie, and with only 8 episodes it’s really quick to watch. We see another aspect of the four heroes. Their powers are coming together, the universes of the characters stir together. We find again characters who belong to every series, for example, Elektra from Daredevil, Colleen from Iron Fist or Trish from Jessica Jones. Every character is important for the story
Finally, The Defenders is a good TV Show to watch in addition to the other Marvel’s series, it’s a pleasure to find our favourite characters, their universe and their adventure in New York City !
